Today Amazon have announced that 3rd party Direct Thought, is bringing the console for EC2 administration to the iPhone. From what I can find out here are the details:
1) It’s a native application – It will talk directly to Amazon EC2 servers – so all you need is an iPhone, the app, and a net connection.
2) You can control everything

In theory – a menu to manage all elements of your EC2 instances, like security groups, keypairs etc etc.
3) Mobile power ups/down – the killer feature – scaling up or down your EC2 instances whilst on the move. How awesome will it be to be able to boot up a couple more instances whilst you’re on the train home? Sounds very good!
That’s pretty much it for information right now, but it’s looking very exciting! Will get a review knocked up as soon as this becomes available.
